商品が壊れたのがフロリダへの輸送中か日本への輸送中かはわかりません。
多分確定はできないと思いますが調べてみたほうがいいですか？

あと、できればこの商品は欲しいのですが、また壊れてしまう可能性もあるので返金でお願いしたいです。

この商品の支払いの件です。
購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることが可能になっていたのですが、
決済の画面では送れなくなっていました。
そのため、この件についてセラーに3回ほどメールを送ったのですが返信がない状況です。
どうすればいいですか？

I don't know in which timing the item got broken, during transportation to Florida or to Japan.
Probably it won't be proved, bur should I investigate it?

According to the item's page when I purchased it, it was possible to send it to Japan. However, it turned impossible on the payment page.
Thus I sent mails to the seller about this issue three times, but I haven't been replied yet.
What should I do?
