商品が壊れたのがフロリダへの輸送中か日本への輸送中かはわかりません。
多分確定はできないと思いますが調べてみたほうがいいですか？

あと、できればこの商品は欲しいのですが、また壊れてしまう可能性もあるので返金でお願いしたいです。

この商品の支払いの件です。
購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることが可能になっていたのですが、
決済の画面では送れなくなっていました。
そのため、この件についてセラーに3回ほどメールを送ったのですが返信がない状況です。
どうすればいいですか？

I have no idea the product broke whether during shipment to Florida or to Japan.
Should I research it though I don’t think I can get a definite result.

If possible, I want to obtain this product, but I’ve decided to ask for your refund as there will be possibility that the product may break on the way.

The following is regarding my payment for this product.
The product page showed that the shipment to Japan was acceptable when I bought it, however, on the checkout page the shipment to Japan was impossible.
Therefore, I sent my e-mail with regard to this matter three times or so to the seller, but by now I have not received any reply from them.
Please advise me what I should do.
