私たちは以前の取引きについて、下記のようにしていました。
私が販売したい商品のURLを公式オンラインショップから選定し
連絡します。

例えばこの商品です。
御社で商品が確認できれば、在庫があるサイズと価格を教えてください。
店舗で展示している画像があれば、商品がわかりやすく３～４枚送っていただけると
助かります。

エクセルが使えるようであれば、表にして送ることができますので
教えてください。

価格についてはVATや、関税がなるべくかからないように
配慮した価格を提示いただけると、売り易いです。

I proceeded our previous trades as follows:
i selected the items I wanted to sell from the official online shop and contacted you.

For instance, this is the product.
If you have it in stock, please let me know available sizes and the price.
If you have some clear pictures of the item, I would appreciate it if you could send me 3 or pictures of it.

If you can use Excel, I can send it to you so please let me know.

As for the price, it would be easier to sell if you could consider to add less VAT or custom fees to the product price.
