Could you authorize us to be a sole exclusive distributor for the items manufactured by XXX Company? I think you may have difficult time to take control if you have 2 to 3 distributors/resellers.

We have no control over the listing price if you sell the item to the other distributor/resellers.

If we will be authorized to be your sole exclusive distributor/reseller in Japan, we will enforce a client to comply 1) one account one listing policy at Amazon and 2) minimum sales price should be at 11,980 yen, and we also consider about how to make win-win situation with our clients.

We will never sell the item other than those committed to comply with the conditions mentioned above. We will take control of the resellers.
