以下、ネットショップにて注文し、発送方法を間違えてしまったときの文です。


昨日注文した商品ですが、発送方法を"Customer Carrier"にしてしまいました。

変更をしたいので、一度キャンセルさせていただけますでしょうか？

キャンセル後、すぐに再注文致します。

(※以前もキャンセル願いをしましたが、キャンセルされていませんでした。今回は確実にキャンセルお願いします。)


また、今注文した場合、発送はいつ頃になりますでしょうか？

This mail concerns about the item I ordered yesterday.
I choose the method of shipping as “Customer Carrier” by mistake.
I want to change it, so I would like to cancel the item once.
After that, I will order it again rapidly.
