全編英語で海外の国際会議主催者やミーティングプランナーに向けて、東京のビジネスイベント関連情報を紹介する。

06年の初刊発行から第３版となる今回は、デザインを一新し、ビジュアル重視を徹底することでより見やすい誌面を実現したほか、施設紹介では基本データに加え周辺のエリア情報を豊富に記載し、より利便性の高いガイドブックとなっている。
