先日、このソフトはあなたから買いました。

このソフトは、全部で11枚組のソフトです。

私が一枚ずつ自分のPCにインストールをしていきましたが、6枚目でエラーが出てしまいます。

なんらかの初期不良のようです。

初期不良ということで、この商品を返品して、返金してほしいです。


私は日本に住んでいます。

私は、アメリカの転送会社を通してこのソフトを買いました。

ですので、日本から返送したいと思います。

I bought the PC software from you which is a set of of eleven.

When I try to install it on my PC one by one, i get an error message on sixth.

It seems to be some sort of an initial defect.

So, I'd like to return it and refund my money for this defect.

I live in Japan.
I bought this software through the forwarding agent in USA.
Therefore, I will send it from Japan, and I will pay for the shipping charge.

Please let me know the return address.
