安曇野は3000メートル級の山々に囲まれてる、
そして綺麗な景色、おいしい空気と水と食事で人気


私は大自然を満喫している

青空と雪山と菜の花のコントラストが綺麗！
水が冷たい
この湧き水は飲むと長生きできるという幻の水
沢山飲んだよ

信州サーモン丼、おにぎり定食なをどランチで食べた
手作りランチに大満足。　
日本に来たら安曇野にもぜひ行ってみて

2ミリ位の大きさなのにちゃんとエビの形

Azumino is a town located in the very center of Japan, in Nagano Prefecture.
Azumino is surrounded by 3000m grade mountains
and is popular for pretty sights, good air, water and food.

I'm enjoying the grand nature to its fullest.
It's the best.
The contrast between the blue sky, the snowy mountains and rape flowers is beautiful!
The water is cold.
This spring water is miraculous water, said to extend your life span if you drink it.
Of course, I drank a lot.

I ate the Shinshuu salmon bowl, the onigiri meal and more for lunch.
I'm as satisfied as I could possibly be by the hand made lunch.
Whe you visit Japan, come to Azumino as well.

At last, the river shrimp's babies were born.
They're about 2 milimeters in length, but they actually look like shrimps.
