東京でのスケジュールがほぼ確定したので、itineraryを更新しました。詳細はまた会った時に相談しましょう。明日プリントしたものを渡します。1点福岡のスタッフから相談があり、イベントが終了する時間が1時間ほど延びてしまいそうで、予定している友人との食事の時間を少し後ろにずらせるかとのことですが、可能ですか？私から再度現地のスタッフに少しでも早く終わらせることが可能か再調整させてます。福岡行の最終は新幹線だと●時くらい、普通の電車だともう少し遅くても大丈夫と思います。

I will make the on-site staff see again if they can't make it end a little sooner. It's the last stop on the Fukuoka line so if you go by bullet train it will take about ● hours and it will take a little more time to go by regular train but I think we'd be okay if we're a little late.
