our new version of ○○ will have Japanese Built in the Program, it will be a lot more international next time.

As for the time being, you need instruction book translated?

I heard there is a Translated Japanese Instruction Booklet already - someone did it.

If you want we can work on it, but packaging will be difficult.

Translation won't be too difficult, we just have to pay someone to do it, may not be perfect so there maybe some fixing needed.

For prices on the ○○ - we can drop it but we are waiting on information - on our raw material stock level to make that determination on how much prices we should drop.

とりあえずのところは、取扱説明書の翻訳が必要ですよね？
日本語訳の取扱説明書は既にあると聞いています。誰かが翻訳したのでしょう。

翻訳はそれを行う人に有償で依頼するので難しくはありませんが、完璧ではないかもしれず、いくらかの修正は必要になるかもしれません。
