We have a new bookkeeper . She is having a difficult timing matching the invoices from 2010 to the payments we received from you. So we can get the books straight moving into Spring 11, can you please email me a chart that outlines all payments sent to during 2010 along with the invoices each payment was for? Samples will always be in S - as this is pattern and measurements is already with the factories and in order for them to get the samples in time they use the Sampling/Development patterns and cannot wait for the graded patterns for the sample orders.

当社で新しい会計を雇ったのですが、2010年の請求書と貴方からの支払いを合わせるのに手間取っています。そこで、2011年度から会計をきちんとあわせるためにも、お手数ですが、2010年中のお支払いとそれに対する請求書の概要の表をメールで送って頂けないでしょうか？サンプルは常にＳー明記されており、パターンと寸法が既に工場にあることを意味しています。そして、サンプル発注には、グレードパターン（サイズ別パターン）を作成する時間の余裕がなく、納期に間に合わせるようにしているので、サンプル用のパターンを利用しています。
