私が注文をした時には書類の提出の連絡を貰っていません。
商品代金を支払いが完了したら発送していただけるとの連絡だけでした。
到着を待ちましたが、届かないので連絡をしました。あなたからは書類がないから送れないとの返事でした。
注文をした時に書類の提出を連絡してくれれば、すぐに提出して商品を受け取ることができました。
支払いをしてから20日以上経っている為、クレジットカードの支払い期限がきても商品は届かないでしょう。
今回は一度キャンセルをしていただきpaypalへの払い戻しを希望します。

I didn't have a contact from you when I ordered.
I heard just you would ship when I completed payment for items.
I was wainting arrival but there was none, so I had a contact with you. Your reply was you couldn't because of no document.
If you told me that I should submit document when I ordered, I would sbumit it and could recieve items soon.
Because more than 20 days has passed since payment, items will not arrive if the day of the reckoning for credit comes.
I hope you to canncel my order once and refund to my paypal account at this time.
