私が前払いをしたあと、契約者が仕事をしなかったなら
返金はされますか？

また、私は契約者に荷物を発送してほしいです。
それで先にある程度の送料を契約者に支払いたいです。
そして、送料がそれより低かった場合、
契約者は差額を私に返金することができますか？



バックパックを注文し、送られてきた商品をチェックして
USPSで日本へ送る仕事です。
条件は、アメリカに住んでいて、住所がアメリカのクレジットカードを
もっていることです。
商品代金と送料は先にお支払します。
月に１～４回お願いします。

After making advance payment to my agent and if my agent does not work as agreed, can I demand my agent to refund my advance payment?

I want to make a certain amount of advance payment, because I want to let a product being shipped, to my agent for compensating a shipping charge. In this case, can I request my agent to refund a balance if shipping cost is smaller than my advance payment?

My agent shall be responsible for placing order of a back pack, receiving items, and shipping them to Japan via USPS.
Requirement is that an agent to be shall have a credit card issued in USA.
I will pay for a product and shipping charge and it will be 1 to 4 shipment a month.
