私が前払いをしたあと、契約者が仕事をしなかったなら
返金はされますか？

また、私は契約者に荷物を発送してほしいです。
それで先にある程度の送料を契約者に支払いたいです。
そして、送料がそれより低かった場合、
契約者は差額を私に返金することができますか？



バックパックを注文し、送られてきた商品をチェックして
USPSで日本へ送る仕事です。
条件は、アメリカに住んでいて、住所がアメリカのクレジットカードを
もっていることです。
商品代金と送料は先にお支払します。
月に１～４回お願いします。

In case a contractor didn't work after I pay him upfront, would I get refund?

Besides, I would like a contractor to send an item.
Then, I want to pay some amount of payment to the contractor in advance.
Then, in case the shipping cost were lower than the advance payment, would he contractor refund the difference to me?


My job is to order backpacks, check items which I received and forward them to Japan by USPS.
Prerequisites are living in US and possessing a credit card whose address is in US.
I will pay price of item and shipping cost up front.
