Anyway, the best solution is to test the camera before selling, some buyers are repairman or mechanics amators and they will be agree to buy with a little discount a camera who need a fix. People like me need the help of a repairman.

大事な金額の部分が訳漏れですよ。
原文2文目、「90ドルで結構です。」

また、拝啓で始めるなら最後は敬具ですね。
そうすると、もう少し訳を丁寧な文体にした方が全体がまとまると思います。
「買う人の中には～助けが必要です。」の辺りは上手な訳ですね。
