当たります。ですが一般の歯ブラシは硬いプラスチックが当たる（不快感を持つ方もいます）のに対し、円筒型歯ブラシではブラシが当たります。このブラシは一般歯ブラシの半分程度の太さしかなく（0.09～0.12mm）、口腔内に適度な刺激を与え、口腔内をより健康にします。尚、体質・体調によって痛みや強い刺激など、異常を感じたらすぐに使用を止めて下さい。
