靴底の穴あきと靴のサイズ違い
商品を送ってくれてありがとう。
大変残念なのですが、希望していたサイズと違う商品が届きました。
私はＪＰ27が希望なのですが、届いたのはＪＰ29のサイズでした。
商品を返品して欲しいのですがお願い出来ますか？
また、１つの商品の靴底に、穴が開いているとのクレームがお客様からありました。
こちらも一緒に商品を交換して貰う事は出来ますか？
傷の様子の写真を添付しますので確認してください。
商品はＳＡＬ便で返送します。

Hole in shoe sole and wrong size
Thank you for delivery of the items.
But I'm really sorry that I received a different one in size.
I wanted JP27 but I've got JP29.
Is it possible to return it to you?
Also I had a complaint from a customer that there is a hole in shoe sole.
Is it possible to return it together with the above item?
