また、返品いただくことは可能ですが、残念がら全額返金は未開封、もしくは初期不良のものに限らせていただいております。

私どもももう新品の製品として販売ができないため、通常のショップの規定同様、
返金の場合はご購入金額の半額が返金となります。

We regret that we only carry the items with instructions in Japanese.
We can refund or exchange for the different item if the item is sen back to us unopened or with prior defects.
When we issue refund, we will send you back the half of the item price sold at the shop according to the regulations of the shop since we cannot sell the item as new.
