荷物を受け取りました。とても丁寧に梱包していただき、感謝致します。荷物を開封し、人形を確認しました。添付した画像の通り、舌の先に小さなカケが有ります。荷物の中に破片などは見つかりませんでした。私はこの問題について、あなたから何らかの対応を希望します。

I received the parcel. I am grateful as it was very carefully packaged. I opened the parcel and checked the figure. As in the attached image, there is a small chip on the tip of the tongue. I couldn't find any fragments inside the parcel. I hope you can give me some sort of correspondence regarding this problem.
