熊本事案の流れを事例として、日本の不動産業界への対応や今後について、私なりにまとめてみました。
①熊本事案について
本事案について、案件そのものとしては決して悪くありません。問題は、権利者が多く介入し且つ数多くの不動産会社が事案売買を模索していたことから、非常に複雑な流れになっていたものです。権利金の当初の額からして手を付けるべき事案ではないと私は判断していました。しかしどうしても確保したいとする要望に応じ、先方への打診をしたことから先方が主導権を持つ結果になったものと思います。

Based on the way of the Kumamoto business, case, I myself summarized my idea about the future strategy and anticipation for Japanese real estate business.
(1) Concerning Kumamoto way of business:
This idea is not basically bad. The problem, however, is that the whole business affair became very complex because too many interested persons joined and many real estate agents searched their profits for it. I was thinking from the first not to join this business due to the initial extraordinary expensive premium. Due to a strong desire to get it from someone on our side, however, I was obliged to begin transaction wit the seller. As a result, I think they came to take the initiative for this transaction.
