私は、契約している転送会社に問い合わせをしました。

転送会社の担当者は、Aをちゃんと2個送ったそうです。

その時の写真を送ってもらったので、このメールに添付します。

こちらはちゃんと2個送りました。


私は、あなたから送られてきたアマゾンへ返送する為のupsのpdfを再度確認しました。

その書類には、qtyが1個と書かれていました。

ですので、実際には2個返送されているのに、pdfにはqtyが１となっていたので

返品を受けとったアマゾンの担当者が、混乱しているのではないでしょうか。

They said they had shipped 2 pieces of A.

I verified again UPS's pdf you sent in order to return to Amazon.

This document says the quantity is 1.

Thus, even though 2 were shipped, the pdf says 1.

Apparently, Amazon got confused about the number of returned items.
