発送先の指定を間違えて指示した責任は私にあります。しかし、そのあと何度もメールで変更するよう依頼したにもかかわらず、発送する直前で変更できないという連絡だけがあなたから来ました。ＰＡＹPALの認証も受けている住所であるともお伝えしたはずです。購入した商品は安いものではありません。私は今回リクエストを聴いて頂けなかったことで損害を受けます。何度か送ったメールで、私も対応するから、なんでも言って欲しいとも伝えたはずです。まずは全く変更に応じてもらえなかった理由をすぐ教えて下さい。

I made a mistake in the shipping address and I take the responsibility for that. However, I then sent a lot of mail requesting the change of address, but you only gave me as a an answer that this change can't be done just before the shipping. I also told you that this address was certified by Paypal. The product I bought is not a cheap one. I endure a big loss because you did not satisfied my requests. I also told you through a lot of mail that I would like at least some information so I could adapt. Since you refused to make any changes, I would like first to hear your reasons for it.
