まず、Gibsonのロゴが真珠で埋め込まれているものでなく、明らかに上から貼られています。
refinishingされているのであれば、ロゴは盛り上がらず、逆にへこんでいるはずです。

I got the item today.
This item is fake, not genuine.
It is clearly a Gibson mock item.
I am disappointed to have decided to buy it considering your high eBay evaluation.

I am sending its photo and the brochure you attached at eBay to the Gobson head office for examination.

First, the logo of Gibson is not embedded with pearls. I see apparently it is pasted on the surface; if the procedure of proper refinishing was done, the logo must not swell out but, inversely, get dented.
