My price that I pay for them is not very much lower than that even though I do have a repair shop and there is not a great deal of profit for me with those prices, but since you will order in quantity and I don't have to pay Paypal fees, it will be worth it for me.

「vacuums」というのは、「バキューム」ではなく、Garminに付いている「suction cup mount」のことで、この場合彼はGarminそのものをvacuumと言っているのだと思います。
