Hello,but i don't know which part is necessary to be sent.
Do you mean the part in picture one that is damaged? If yes,you could just repair those bent parts with some tools,no need replacement parts.
Or do you mean the part in picture two need to be sent?
I know you need them urgently,i just called you but no one answered my call.
I do want to confirm everything well with you soon.

3文目の「それならば、私が工具でそれらの曲がったパーツを修理いたします。」は、「私が修理いたします」とは言っていないので、「曲がったパーツを工具で修理できると思います。」の方が良いと思います。
後の部分は読みやすくてすばらしい訳ですね。
