We took the liberty of communicating our request and wishes in our last e-mail.
We knew that your company is very busy and we were making a difficult request.
We are thrilled and excited to read your reply.
What we are fascinated with is a design that sandwiches the traditional ○○ with vertical lines (stripes), and not an all-stripe design. I attached an image for your reference just in case.
We can wait as long as it takes for it to be completed.
It will first be our treasure so we can wait forever.
We greatly appreciate that you always kindly listen to our requests.

I pretty much like this translation!
I do think though, the second paragraph can be improved to "What fascinated us was the design...and that it was not an all-stripe . I have attached a picture for your reference just in case."
But overall, this is good! It has also fulfilled the requester's request to make this sound courteous
Thanks for good suggestions!
