先日貴社に確認した所、私の荷物はすでに返品出荷されており、
荷物は貴社には無いとのご返答でした。
しかし荷物が残っているので、保管料が発生するとゆう連絡が
何度もきています。
どちらが正しいのでしょうか？
荷物がない場合は、早めの削除をお願いします。
