中国に行くことによって、自分のスキルが向上するか、その仕事を
通して自分が大きく成長できるかをきちんと見極めることが重要だと思う。
またアメリカに戻ってきたときのポジションだ。中国での仕事の後、
アメリカへ戻ってきても、アメリカでの自分のポジションがきちんと
保証されるかがとても大切だと思う。
