２．戦争を知らない世代が社会の中心に来ている今、今までになく日本は戦争の悲惨さを忘れてきてしまっているのである。

３．また、日本は国連から依頼され、軍隊ではなく多くの医師や、社会のインフラ整備（道路や水道など...and so on)のエキスパート
や教育のエキスパートなどを多く内戦で疲弊した国々や、貧しい国々に派遣している。

1. People who try to preserve the peaceful constitution worries that, it will give the right and opportunity to wage war by abandoning the renunciation of war.

2. Now that the generation who hasn't experienced a war plays a central role in society, Japan is forgetting the miseries of war as ever before.

3. Besides, Japan sends many doctors, social infrastructure development experts (of roads, waterworks and so on), and educational experts, to countries that is poor or exhausted by civil war instead of troops.

GREAT! but there are some grammatical errors,

1. People who try to preserve the peaceful constitution worries (-> worry)
2. Japan sends (-> is sending), to countries that is (-> are)
