Can I cancel my order?

We will accept cancellation if you want to cancel your order before shipment.
Please request "Cancellation Request".
Nevertheless, if you want to cancel after your item has been sent, we cannot accept your cancellation because of the international shipping.

Can I return the item?

If the item package is unopened and untouched, we can accept returns to our return address of the US.
We will able to accept returns within 30 days.
But we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
Concerning the return shipping cost to Japan, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In addition, we are not responsible for the repayment of the shipping cost.
