発送まで今しばらくお待ちください。

購入者は悪質なクレーマーです。
配送の不手際は購入者またはシンガポール郵便局にあるにも関わらず
私の責任にし評価を下げました。
商品を受け取っていないとクレームを立て全額返金を要求していますが、
商品は今購入者の手元にあります。
私の評価とクレームを取り消してほしいです。

The buyer is a bad complainer.
Although the delivery problem was due to the buyer's or the Singaporean post office's fault, the buyer lowered my evaluation by putting the blame on me.
The buyer is requesting a full refund claiming that he/she hasn't received the item, but the product is currently in the hands of the buyer.
I would like to have my evaluation and complaints by this buyer and removed from the record.

Is there a length limit to "Respond to Feedback"?
