I apologize, but I would like to disagree. As a native speaker, I can tell you that it isn't unnatural to say 'just to let you know' or 'contacting you again to let you know' - an object isn't necessary.

But I have a question for my study. If I put "I am contacting you again to let you know" for query on Google, it seems an object or that clause or about something always follow the sentence.
Is the expression a casual or colloquial way to say?

In this case, "let you know" refers to the address being slightly wrong, so the subject is mentioned before. If you were to rearrange the original, it would be something along the lines of "I am contacting you again to let you know that the address was slightly wrong ... ". It isn't that it is more colloquial here. I hope that this is helpful!
