日本の役員の人からお知らせです。

本日から3月です。
2月の出勤表を確認しました。
遅刻が多いい人や、まったく遅刻しない人います。

なぜ？
こんなに遅刻が多いいのか注意されています。。

＂今月から、遅刻が一ヶ月以内に10回以上ある人は、基本給料を5%下げるという事になりました。
さらにボーナスからも差し引きます。"

自分でAttendanceを押すのを忘れた場合にも遅刻としてカウントされますので要注意して下さい。
だから注意してください。

押し忘れや、電車が止まった、雨が降っている等の理由も通用しません。
（月に10回以上そんな事も連続してありませんという事を。日本の役員達から言われています）

だから、
私のアドバイスとして会社には30分前に出勤する事をお勧め致します。

また、毎日、活動日報を送るようにして下さい。　
書き方は箇条書きで大丈夫だそうです。

内容は
自分が今やっている仕事は何か？
今日何の仕事をしたか？
今週のスケジュール等で大丈夫だそうです。

Hello everyone


This is a notice from employee from Japan.

The time flies so fast, it's already March.

By checking the attendance of Feburary,
there are people who are being late to work too many times, and some are never late for work.

"Starting this month, if you are late more than 10 times a month, your salary will be deduted 5%. Also from your bonus."

It counts as tardy when you forget to punch in.
So please becareful ann don't forget to punch in.

Forgetting to punch in, the train was behind, rainy wether can't be an excuse.
(The employee from Japan said, That can't happen 10 times in just one month.)


My advice to you is you arrive 30min faster.

Also, please send a report everyday on what you did that day.
It can be written in list. It doesn't have to be a complete sentense.

and things like your plans for the work of the whole week.
