バイヤー にRequest Feedback Revisionを要求しましたがバイヤーが回答を忘れ期限が過ぎてしまいました。

バイヤーにはフィードバック変更の承認は得ているのですが、どのようにして評価の変更を要求したらよいでしょうか？？

この評価は私の販売にとても影響を及ぼします。

なのでebayからバイヤーに確認をとり、評価を変更してもらえないでしょうか？？

I made a request for Request Feedback Revision to the buyer, but it's already past the deadline since the buyer forgot to answer.
I already received the approval from the buyer, but how can I make a request for the Feedback Revision again ?

This feedback affects my sales a lot.
Could you contact the buyer from eBay and ask the buyer to change the feedback ?
We already solved the problem and the buyer agrees on changing the feedback.
