先日購入したブルーレイですが、商品が届いたのですが10コのうち4コのケースが破損してました。商品は未開封ですがケースの中の部品が割れカタカタと音がします。返品の手続きをお願いします。

Regarding the blu-ray that I've purchased the other day, I've received the product, however, 4 cases out of 10 were damaged. I haven't opened the products yet, but the components in he cases are broken and I can hear a rattling sound. I'd like to return these damaged products.
