With AC noise or other noise
Check the contact of the input signal line or plug, check if there is any unshielded or poorly shielded signal wire used, if there is any welder, motor or engine used nearby that may cause the working interference.
Check the noise from the program source, or if there is any released or poor connection between the valve and the valve holder ( take out the valve, clean it and reinsert it into the holder ).

入力信号線かプラグの接触を確認し、シールドがないがきちんとシールドされていない信号線が使われていないかどうか確認してください。付近で溶接機、モーター、エンジンが使われていると、動作障害を起こすことがあります。プログラムソースからの雑音、あるいはバルブとバルブホルダーとの間に接続がはずれて、きちんと接続いない箇所がないかどうか確認してください（バルブを外してきれいに拭いた後、再度ホルダーに差し込んでください）。
