ニーハオは、蒲田餃子の生みの親とも言われている八木功さんがオーナーを務める中華店です。八木さんが生み出した羽根つき餃子は、今や蒲田餃子の代名詞的存在です。

ニーハオの客のほぼ全員が焼き餃子を頼みます。パリっとした羽根の食感、モチモチした皮、ジューシーな餡が合わさった餃子は革命的な美味しさです。

金春は京急蒲田駅前の商店街にあります。金春の焼き餃子は、蒲田の中でも最もジューシーで食べごたえがあり餃子です。ニラと玉子を具材にした、桜エビ入ニラ餃子も注文することを強くおすすめします。

Nihao is a Chinese restaurant run by Isao Yagi, who is dubbed as the father of Kamata dumplings. Winged dumplings, invented by Mr. Yagi, have become the representatives of Kamata dumplings.

Almost all clients at Nihao ask for grilled dumplings – crispy wings at biting, glutinous skin, and juicy bean marmalade all add to the revolutionary taste.

Kinbaru is located in the shopping district in front of Keihan Kamata Station. Its grilled dumplings are the juiciest and had the most volume among all the Kamata dumplings. I would strongly recommend sakura shrimp dumplings containing Chinese leeks and eggs.
