また初期不良率が、オーダーした数の3%以下であれば返品、交換しないという条件で、
もう少しディスカウントしてくれませんか？

I often hear that first lot of newly released item has initial failure.

I don't think the items that I buy from you won't have such failures,

but in case any of the ordered 20 units has an initial failure,
will you accept return or exchange? I will bear the return shipping cost fom Japan.

Also, if I promise not to ask for return or exchange for the initial failures less than 3% of the ordered quantity, will you give me little more discount?
