荷物は無事到着しました！　
迅速な出荷に感謝しております。　
梱包の状態ですが、もっと厳重、丁寧に梱包していただきたいです。　
今回は商品自体にキズや破損はありませんが、商品の箱に
キズやへこみが多数あります。
ほとんどのものが、箱も商品の一部になります。
最低でもエアパッキンなどで包ん頂けるとうれしいです。
ご理解して頂ければと思います。

We would like to notify you that we have received the package, and we thank you for the most prompt shipment on your side. Regarding the packaging conditions however we would prefer to have the products wrapped with more care. This time the products are intact without any damages but there are a numerous number of bumps and scatches observed on the bottoms of the boxes of the products. We consider boxes as part of the products in most of the cases. We would be happy if at least you use bubble wraps next time. I beg your understandings on this matter.
