私は英語があまり得意ではないので、理解が間違っていたら申し訳ございません。こちらでフィルターをレンズに取り付ける時に斜めにしたなど、誤っていたことが原因でしょうか？実は、私は写真撮影や発送を外部業者に委託しているため、外部業者がフィルターの取付を誤った可能性があります。もしそうであれば、本当に申し訳ございません。フィルターが外れない時は、自分で無理に外そうとせずに、専門店に持ち込んだ方が良いです。何か進展があったら、また教えて下さい。
