先日、EMSにて商品を送付しましたが、日本側の税関にて危険物とみなされ返送されてしまいました。新品なのでオイルは含まれておらず、発送は出来るはずなのですが、再度、送ってみることは可能ですが、また税関で送り返されてしまう可能性もあります。
注文キャンセルとさせていただくか、もしくは再送するかお選びいただけますか。
お客様にご迷惑おかけしすみません。お返事お待ちしております。

I shipped an item on EMS the other day but Japan custom regarded it as a hazardous item and sent it back to me. It’s a brand new item and does not contain oil and should be shipped. I can try to send it again but it can be stopped and returned by the custom again.
Would you like to cancel the order, or like me to resend the item again? Please let me know.
