入荷数は、オーダーした数より 10 点少ないです。不足分の入荷は、いつ頃になりますか。また、靴を追加オーダーしたいです。出荷予定の靴と同じ時期に出荷できますか。遅くても 2 月 15 日までに納品して下さい。なぜなら、 2 月 20 日イベントで使用する靴です。

The quantity of the goods we received is 10 items lesser than we ordered. Please advise when will be the shortfall shipped? In addition to that, we'd like to repeat the order of shoes. Would it be possible for you to ship the shoes out in the same period with the shoes which scheduled to be shipped? Please deliver those goods by February 15 at the latest. Because we'll use them at the event on February 20.
