Izayoi Sakuya is a boss character in Touhou Koumakyou the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, and the main character of the series. She is a human who lives in the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

She is the head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and one of Remilia's servants.
She has pledged loyalty to her master Remilia, and follows her orders faithfully.
Often, she even does the work of the other fairy maids, and her work is nothing short of perfect.
