昨日写真を送ってもらいましたが、頼んだアイテムの写真と違います。
写真を頼んだ商品は、トラッキングナンバーＸＸＸです。
MYUSからradio tranceiverが届いたとして1/11にメールしてきたものです。
またこのアイテムは、なぜかMY Packageの中にもないのでしょうか？
写真を送ってきたアイテムは、トラッキングナンバーＸＸＸの別商品です。
トラッキングナンバーxxxのアイテムがなんであるか至急教えて下さい。
BOSEシステムでなければ、商品違いです。宜しくお願いします。
I have received the photo yesterday, but it is not the photo of the item which I ordered.
The item I ordered was of the tracking number xxx.
It was the same one which photo was sent by e-mail on January 11, saying that the radio transceiver arrived from MYUS.
Why this item is not in My Package, too?
The item of the wrong photo was the different item with the tracking number xxx.
Please promptly tell me why the item with tracking number xxx is included.
If it is not BOSE system, it is wrong item. Please confirm.
