私はより信頼関係に重点を置いて、Ctとコミュニケーションをとる事ができると思う。私はクライアントの全体とより一緒にいる事ができると思う。なので言葉で引き出してHCするのではなく、依然やっていた様にEのレベルのみに寄り添う事も選択の一つとして私は取り入れる事ができると思う。

以前の私は、食事を作るのもとても強い意図が必要で大変であった。

実際、母親が許可しそうな食べ物ではなく、私は好きな食品を食べられる様になってきた。そして私は家族や自分の食事を作るのがとても楽になった。

I think I can communicate with Ct placing an emphasis more on the relationship of trust. I can be with the whole clients more time. This is why I think I can take to snuggle up only on the level of E as I did before.

Looking back, it was very hard for me to make meals because it needed a very strong complentation.

In fact, I am getting used to eating what I like - not the food my mother looks to let me eat. And I got to feel very relaxed when I make meals for me and my family.
