I fully understand your frustration regarding this matter. If you see the below email sent shortly after placing your order, you will note that the address given us, corresponds to the address we now have on record. So I fail to see how the incorrect address is our fault.
However we will take responsibility for not sending it with TNT as per your initial request. I will admit that, had we gone with TNT from the start, all of this might have been avoided.
As I mentioned in an earlier email, it is not our policy to ship replacement orders until the initial order is returned. But I am happy to resend, via TNT, what we have had returned to us so far.

本件におけるお客様のお怒りはごもっともです。お客様がご注文された直後にお送りした、下記のメールをみますと、お客様から頂いた住所が、現在我々が記録する住所と一致することがお分かりになるかと思います。よって、住所間違いは我々の不手際です。
お客様の当初のご希望であった、TNTでの発送を行わなかったことをお詫びし、責任をとらせて頂きます。はじめからTNTを利用していればこのような混乱も防げたものと思います。
先のメールでお知らせしたように、最初に発送した商品が戻ってくるまで、代替の発送は行わない規約となっております。我々のもとに現時点で戻ってきているものは、TNTで再発送させて頂きたいと思います。
