There is a case a main unit does not work due to an electrical contact failure of a supply cable.
As well, the size of an attached Hexagon Wrench isn't adapted properly, so I am not able to fasten it.
As I am planning to order another one, I would like you to enclose a proper supply cable and a Hexagon Wrench in the same parcel of the product I newly ordered.
