１つは確かに正しい物を受け取りましたが、もう一つは全く違う商品が届きました。

はっきり言って必要ありません。
返品したいのですが、送料が高いので50ドル返金してもらえませんか？

もし、応じてもらえないのであれば異議申し立てをします。

One of the product was right, but the other was completely wrong.
