今回の場合、音が出ない・ノイズが発生するなどの不具合ではなく
ノイズ除去の性能にご満足頂けないなかったと当方では、認識しております。

その場合、amazon.comの規定では50％～80％での返金となります。
それでは、日本の製品を購入頂いたお客様の期待に添えない為、
今回に限り、当方にて返品送料を負担の上、商品代金も返金します。

In this case, our understanding of the problem is that you are not happy about quality of the noise reduction, rather then any dysfunctions of the product such as no sound or noise.

If that is the case, the amount of the refund will be 50% - 80% per the guideline from Amazon.com. However, as it will not likely to satisfy you that bought a Japanese product so for this time only, I will bear the shipping cost for returning the product and give you a full refund.
