私は、あなたが仰るように、充電器に合うアダプタを調べてみましたが、私の力では見つかりませんでした。
もしよかったら、あなたが使っていたものと同じものを教えてもらえませんか？
もしくは、売っているところを教えてもらえばとても助かります。
トラベルショップと仰っていましたが、ライカの充電器に合うものが売っているのでしょうか？

I've looked for the adapter that fits the charger but I cannot find it myself.
If possible, can you let me know which one you are using?
It would be also helpful if you could let me know where I can buy the same product.
You said it was a travel shop. Do they sell the one that fits the charger from Leica?
Sorry for the trouble but I would appreciate it if you could help me out because I'm in a big trouble.
